Explore the 21st CCLC NTAC Professional Learning Portal

The 21st CCLC National Technical Assistance Center (NTAC) offers a dynamic Professional Learning Portal designed to support State educational agencies and subgrantees with high-quality learning experiences. Whether you're new to 21st CCLC or a seasoned leader at the State or local level, the portal provides access to flexible, self-paced courses; peer communities; and tools that build your capacity to strengthen program quality and make a lasting impact on the students and families your programs serve. From tracking your progress to connecting with others in the field, the portal is your gateway to continuous growth.

The Professional Learning Portal includes two integrated systems:

  • 1. Learning Management System (LMS): A course platform where users can take self-paced trainings, track progress, and download certificates.
  • 2. Knowledge Network (KN): A peer-driven social network for discussion, announcements, and collaboration across the 21st CCLC community.
